Planning application submitted to refurbish Building 76

We have submitted a planning application to refurbish Building 76, located at the southern end of the site opposite the Red Bull Racing wind tunnel. The building has been vacant for a number of years, and was originally used as a workshop, and latterly for storage and distribution. The building has a tired façade and roof, with heavy asbestos content and redundant services. If approved, our plans will enable the building to be refurbished and re-used to meet the needs of future occupiers.
