About Twinwoods Business Park

Originally constructed in the 1950’s, Twinwoods started life as a world-class wind tunnel testing facility operated by the Royal Aircraft Establishment. The park came out of MOD ownership in the 1990’s and is now let to numerous diverse businesses.  With a location close to Bedford, it benefits from access to major arterial routes including the A1 and A6.

In 2024 Pigeon acquired the 165 acres site and are making a significant investment in the park, enhancing the property to ensure it meets the needs of existing and new customers for years to come.
