Planning application submitted for construction of open storage area

Pigeon has submitted a planning application to create an additional 4.6 acres of open storage, with integrated staff parking and amenity area for a portacabin. We have seen strong demand for the Front Plot, and have various requirements from national, local and existing tenants for further open storage. If approved, we hope to deliver this plot for occupation in autumn 2025.
