Completion of open storage yard for CVA

We have completed the construction of an additional open storage yard for Commercial Vehicle Auctions. CVA opened their Bedford depot at Twinwoods in December 2024, initially occupying 3.25 acres of existing yard space. Pigeon achieved planning to extend this area to 5 acres, to help meet CVA’ future growth ambitions. The build was successfully delivered by local contractor Gray & Sons, an CVA are now in full occupation.
