Construction and development works continue to progress well at Building 76

The building envelope is now complete and the external storage yards have been formed. Work is continuing within the 80,000 sq ft warehouse and office areas, which are due to be completed shortly.

Main contractor MJS Projects is nearing completion of the development, which remains on programme for practical completion in October 2026. CHEP will then begin moving into its new national service centre and preparing the facility for operations.
