Building 76 Update

777 Demolition have been appointed as demolition contractor for the refurbishment of Building 76. This redevelopment of existing land will enable a pre-let to CHEP, a leading global supply chain giant. The development will consist of refurbished industrial and office space over 80,000 sq ft, with an additional 7 acres of open storage.

777 will demolish all redundant structures and remove asbestos of Building 76 to enable its refurbishment. Work started at the end of June and is expected to complete in November. A main contractor will then start with the redevelopment expected to complete at the end of September 2026.
