Demolition is nearly complete for our high-quality, 12-acre national service centre for CHEP. The scheme includes the refurbishment of an 80,000 sq ft building and provision of an additional 7 acres of open-storage space. Thank you to 777 Group who are undertaking the demolition works. The next phase will see the main contractor start on site in December to deliver the refurbishment and yards.
Our commitment to sustainability sits at the heart of this project: re-using the existing building, installing solar-panels, introducing EV-charging infrastructure, and upcycling materials whenever possible. Construction is on track with completion targeted for Q3-2026.
